2. Use of the YouTube API
For some user services, we use the YouTube API. CreatorZen is not responsible for any third-party services or content accessed via the YouTube API.
3. Email Usage Disclaimer
Some CreatorZen services may use your email account to send emails. You acknowledge and agree that CreatorZen is not responsible for how users utilize this feature. Users take full responsibility for compliance with email communication regulations.
4. Opting Out of the Database
Influencers may opt out of our database at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon request, we will remove the influencer’s information from our database within a reasonable time frame.
5. Publicly Available Information
CreatorZen only collects and provides publicly available information on influencers. We do not collect private or unauthorized data.
6. Client Responsibility for Compliance with GDPR
Clients using CreatorZen are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). CreatorZen assumes no liability for any client’s failure to comply with GDPR or other applicable privacy laws.
7. Prohibited Activities
To maintain the integrity and security of our services, users agree not to engage in the following activities:
Cyberattacks: Any attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or hack CreatorZen’s platform is strictly prohibited.
Botting: Automating interactions with our service or using bots to manipulate data access is not allowed.
Reselling Data: Users may not sell or distribute any information obtained from CreatorZen to third parties.
8. Termination of Service
CreatorZen reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at our sole discretion if we detect a violation of these terms.
